Their mission: to delve into the history of shaping the landscapes of Poznań and its surroundings. But with such a complex subject, how will they handle it?

A unique discovery at the University Library - more books from the private library of Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm have been found in Poznan. These are 27 volumes previously thought to have been lost during the war. For researchers, they are an invaluable source of knowledge about the famous brothers and their tales.

The Society of Automotive Engineers SAE Aero Design West competition, sponsored by Lockheed Martin (manufacturer of the F-16 and F-35 aircraft), ANSYS, Solid Works, and Tesla, among others, took place on 12-14 April 2024 in Los Angeles, USA. The  Academic Aviation Club team of the Poznań University of Technology has participated in the competition since 2008. The representation's participation in the competition was supported by the City of Poznań. 

Faculty of English of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the City of Poznań would like to invite you to an open lecture entitled "Eighteenth-Century Literary Celebrity and Adaptation in the Twenty-First Century: A Virtual Museum of Laurence Sterne", given by Dr. Mary Newbould. The lecture will take place on 23 April at 16:45 in the Auditorium of the Heliodor Święcicki Collegium, ul. Grunwaldzka 6. The lecture will be delivered in English and is going to be translated into Polish.
